All above metioned players have contractual relationships based on international banking regulations and standards. The international convention about Privacy requlations are also applied on the contracts.

Above metioned players are functional roles. Roles can belong to a same organisation. E.G. The SOP can be a bank license holder, or the merchant is a SOP. Functions, acces and data are strickly segregated in the Prometheus designs and applications.
