BWS Approval is the module used by website administrators to approve any changes realized by other BWS users while editing. Using the four eye approval method, BWS Approval System substantially reduces the reverting of the incorrectly edited pages and gives greater control over the management of the site.

The Approval System is integrated within BWS 5.0 Professional and is optional to use.
